Dining trained, our staff pays extra attention
to detail. Server to Guest ratio is usually 1 server
per 12 guest depending on the level of service required.
Whether the event is a Buffet, or table side service
event, the ratio can be adjusted. Should the situation
require passed hors d' oeuvres, or an upscale formal
service delivery, our staff has the capacity to handle
all. Breaking down the function is when the work begins,
we have a motto,
"Make it
as if we were never there!"
Bartenders
& Barbacks...
Pick
a Specialty Drink for the evening, or we'll create
one for "YOU". "YOU" can
name a cocktail after the occasion if it suits
your fancy. 1 Bartender per 65 Guest or less, 2
bartenders if the event requires heavy martini
cocktail demands.
Barbacks are required when 2 bartenders are serving from high volume bars to
ensure cleanliness and restocking. Our bartenders have a standard bar kit
containing:Martini
Shakers and Strainers, wine key, ice scoops, pourers,
cutting boards and prep knives.

Our
Culinary staff have variousbackgrounds of experience to fit
your cuisine request, the staff will be equipped with a knife
kit and other kitchen tools of necessity. Go ahead, Request
a menu, there is not a meal that we can't create.

Valet
Services...
According
to the number of event attendees, the valet ratio is 4
attendants per 100 Guest. Efficiency, speed and safety
is held in the up most regard. All
staff members have Valid California drivers licenses. All About "YOU" events
has $2 Million in Automobile Liability, $1 Million in Workman's Compensation liability,
and permits required per surrounding city.

what decorations and props to fit your budget. The
consultants on our staff will take "YOU" through
the entire time line, this is the most critical stage
of planning the event. A required 1 hour sit-down session
is mandatory to ensure clarity of vision on behalf
of "YOU" and
the Caterer/Planner.
